Chelsea are most likely to draw either Borussia Monchengladbach or RB Leipzig in the last-16 of the Champions League, according to a recent study.
The Blues progressed to the knockout stages on matchday four thanks to a 2-1 win over Rennes and then sealed top spot in Group E by thumping Sevilla 4-0 away from home a week later.
That meant there was little to play for on Tuesday evening when Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Russian club FC Krasnodar at Stamford Bridge.
As a result of finishing top, the Blues will face one of the seven runners-up when the draw for the last-16 is made on Monday in Nyon.
Fortunately for Frank Lampard's side they will not be drawn against Bayern Munich - who beat them at the same stage last season.
That is because Bayern have secured top spot in Group A ahead of Atletico Madrid.
But they can face the La Liga side as well as Barcelona who are five-time winners of the competition and have a rich history against the Blues.
Below are the seven clubs Chelsea can be drawn against in the last-16.
Atletico Madrid
Borussia Monchengladbach
Porto
Atalanta
Lazio
Barcelona
RB Leipzig
With that said, the draw probabilities for the UEFA Champions League 20/21 round of 16 has been released by @emi_nga on Twitter and it makes for interesting reading.
According to the data, Chelsea have an 18.62% chance of drawing Borussia Monchengladbach who qualified from a group that included Real Madrid and Inter Milan.
The Bundesliga side are the most likely team the Blues will be drawn against and it's another team from Germany's top-flight who are next in line.
RB Leipzig - who eliminated Manchester United - have a 16.08% chance of facing Chelsea which would see Timo Werner come up against his former club for the first time since completing his £47.5m transfer.
If Chelsea manage to avoid a trip to Germany, then a tie against either Atletico Madrid (14.48%) or Barcelona awaits (14.16%) Lampard and company.
Finally, there's a 13.35% and 12.65% chance of facing Lazio or Atalanta respectively, with a tie against FC Porto the least likely of the seven possibilities at 10.67%.
Of course, Chelsea can't face Sevilla in the round of 16 as they were in the same group - hence the 0.00% probability.
