Chelsea get their 2020/21 campaign under way at Brighton tonight and there are starts for Timo Werner and Kai Havertz.
Frank Lampard is hoping to get off to the new season with a bang and he’s hoping that his two new stars will be able to do that.
The Blues will be without Ben Chilwell and Hakim Ziyech, who are recovering from injury, while Thiago Silva has had little time with the squad.
N’Golo Kante starts the game at the AMEX Stadium hoping to put last season’s injury problems behind him.
He is partnered in the middle of the park by Jorginho, with Mateo Kovacic suspended for the match after the red card he picked up in the FA Cup final.
However, there isn't a start for Christian Pulisic after his return from injury, while Callum Hudson-Odoi also does not make the starting XI.
Mason Mount is in the side for Lampard, with the Blues midfielder having played more than 50 times last season for the Blues.
