The January transfer window is officially open for business as clubs brace themselves for the madness that a transfer window normally brings.

Chelsea target David Alaba
Chelsea are to make Bayern Munich defender David Alaba their top target in January.
Left-back is a key area that Frank Lampard wants to strengthen in the Chelsea squad, with doubts over the future of Marcos Alonso and Emerson.
Ben Chilwell has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, however, The Mirror claims that Alaba is their first choice option.
It would cost a whopping £60m to sign the 27-year-old.
Man United and Juventus chase Icardi
Manchester United and Juventus have entered the race to sign Mauro Icardi from Inter Milan, despite Paris-Saint Germain's option to purchase the Argentinian striker.
The 26-year-old has been in fantastic form for the Ligue 1 champions this season, scoring 14 goals in 18 appearances.
However, according to Calcio Mercato, Juventus are keen to swoop in and sign Icardi from rivals Inter, with Manchester United also linked, despite a fee already being set should PSG wish to sign him permanently.
PSG have an agreement in place to sign Icardi for £59.7m at the conclusion of his temporary spell.
Arsenal and Spurs chase Ziyech
According to the latest reports, Hakim Ziyech has been told he can leave Ajax this window.
Arsenal and Tottenham are both chasing the Moroccan playmaker, with a fee of £43m being touted.
This is according to Italian outlet CalcioMercato, who claim that Ajax have told Ziyech he will be allowed to leave if a club meets their asking price.
The 26-year-old has scored nine and recorded 12 assists in 28 matches this season.
