The Chelsea Supporters' Trust have added to the complaints surrounding the Premier League's failure to announce kick-off times for the Christmas period on schedule.
The fixtures were initially set to have been confirmed last week but with three domestic broadcasters showing games for the first time, the Premier League has struggled to finalise details.
Amazon Prime are set to show nine games on Boxing Day, including an 8pm kick off, and one other fixture on December 27. They are also showing a full slate of midweek fixtures at the beginning of December.
The delay has meant fans have been unable to book travel and arrange family events.
Confirmed dates and times were expected to be published at 10am this morning but will now not be available until this afternoon or perhaps even tomorrow.
In a statement via the Football Supporters' Federation, the CST said: “These fixtures are six days late. This impacts on family arrangements, the price of train tickets, the ability to book leave and much more. It is especially sensitive over Christmas, when match-going fans already have challenges regarding fitting in with family arrangements."
“In terms of Chelsea, we have games at Spurs on Saturday 21st December and at Arsenal a week later. Both will clearly be on TV and come at either end of the Christmas week so knowing when they are will help both home and away supporters.
"Newcastle away is scheduled for Saturday January 18th and cheaper train tickets will be on sale very soon so, again, knowing the date will be very handy.”
