Chelsea stars drop early Arsenal double team news hint ahead of huge Premier League clash

Chelsea stars Raheem Sterling and Enzo Fernandez have hinted on social media that they will start against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium tonight. Both players started the 2-0 defeat against Brentford last week and look set to have retained their places in the team for the tough game against the Gunners.

Frank Lampard is yet to win a game since he returned to Stamford Bridge as caretaker manager with the Blues languishing down in the bottom half of the Premier League table. Lampard is set to be without Marc Cucurella, Kalidou Koulibaly, Mason Mount and Reece James for the trip to north London this evening.

Kai Havertz is in contention to make the matchday squad after Sterling played in a false nine role against Brentford with the German missing through injury. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could make an appearance against his former side who are hoping to get their Premier League title challenge back on track after dropping to second in the table - behind Manchester City.

Sterling posted a matchday graphic on his Instagram story this afternoon hinting that he could start at striker for Chelsea once again, with Havertz only recently returning to training. The England international has only scored four goals in the Premier League this season after signing for Chelsea in a £50million deal from City last summer.

Enzo has proven to be a brilliant signing since he arrived from Benfica in January after completing his British-record transfer to the Blues. The Argentine midfielder has been one of few bright sparks this season despite his inability to help improve Chelsea's goalscoring record this season.

Enzo has also hinted at a possible start against the Gunners tonight after posting a matchday graphic on his Instagram story. The 22-year-old will potentially face the man he replaced at Stamford Bridge for the first time tonight with Jorginho posting his own matchday graphic on Instagram - hinting he may start for Mikel Arteta's side and face his former side.
