Willian has admitted he could leave Chelsea at the end of the season, with no resolution in sight over a new contract.
The winger's current deal at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the season, with Chelsea ready to offer the Brazilian a two-year extension.
But Willian has publicly said that he wants a three-year deal in order to stay in west London beyond the summer.
Speaking to Esporte Interativo after the Blues' 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League, the midfielder said his Chelsea career could be coming to an end unless an agreement is reached.
"Chelsea offered me two years, and they are not going to change what they offered," Willian said.
"I said I wanted three more years. The situation is difficult because of this, I really don't know if it will be possible.
"My goal is to continue working and focus on the remainder of the season, so that Chelsea can continue winning the games for the remainder of the season.
"I have a clear head and am focused for the rest of the season that we have left."
Blues boss Lampard has always insisted that Willian remains an important part of Chelsea's squad despite the fact that the Brazilian is in a stand-off over his contract.
"I said it before it is an ongoing situation with the club in terms of the contract. That is not so much my business," Lampard said in November.
"You can see he is playing very regularly for us and playing well and I have said that two three times in the last month that I am very happy with him so you see where I am at with it.
"He’s a very important member of the club and of course I want it to be done but that’s obviously both sides have to be happy for that."
Willian was left on the bench as Bayern claimed a comprehensive 3-0 victory at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
The 31-year-old came on in the second half to replace Ross Barkley, but his introduction could not inspire a comeback, as the Bundesliga champions took a decisive step towards the quarter-finals thanks to goals from Serge Gnabry and Robert Lewandowski.
