Chelsea star Kepa Arrizabalaga has hinted at the key differences between Frank Lampard and Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri endured some serious struggles at Chelsea last season before he ended up guiding the Blues to a solid third-place finish in the Premier League.
Chelsea also won the Europe League after defeating Arsenal in the final, with Sarri leaving for Juventus on his own terms in the end.
This happened despite Sarri essentially losing the dressing room and the respect of the Chelsea players.
The infamous moment which saw Kepa disrespect Sarri by refusing to come off in the Carabao Cup final defeat to Man City in February was a prime example of that.
But Kepa has now opened up on his relationship with Lampard and explained why the former England international 'commands respect'.
"You realise who he is. He is highly respected due to what he did during his playing career," Kepa told BT Sport.
"His presence commands that respect. He has very clear footballing ideas. We're working together and we hope to have a fantastic journey."
