Chelsea star insists he's 'lucky' to have Frank Lampard as his head coach

Kepa Arrizabalaga believes he is 'lucky' to have Frank Lampard as his head coach at Chelsea.

The Blues have had a decent start to the campaign, sitting fourth in the Premier League after 11 games, including five wins in a row, and took four points off Ajax in the Champions League.

However, where Chelsea have looked the most vulnerable is at the back, with the club having kept just three clean sheets in all competitions.

But despite some issues at the back, the Blues have been playing some exciting football, and Kepa insists that he is lucky to have Lampard as the Blues head coach.

"He is a coach that was, and he is a legend in the club," the Spanish goalkeeper told SNTV.

"He was a very important player during his football career. Now he is in his second year as a coach but he is sharing all his experience.

Frank Lampard delighted with Chelsea's spirit

"Everything he knows about football, and everything he has lived, gave to Chelsea, and the titles he won with them like the Champions League, the Premier League and all the possible trophies.

"I am very lucky to have him as a coach.

"Of course, there are a lot of things that we could improve, and we still must grow as a team.

"We are still at the beginning of the season, but we are enjoying, and we are feeling good on the pitch and that's important for the team."
