The Chelsea squad have reassembled for pre-season and there's a few familiar faces among the ranks.
13 players joined Frank Lampard's squad, including the likes of N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Olivier Giroud, Marcos Alonso, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Ross Barkley and Mateo Kovacic.
However one face who is missing is that of Antonio Rudiger.
The German international suffered a serious knee injury last term which required surgery.
Since then he's been doing plenty of work in the gym as he continues his rehabiliation.
It's likely that the first game of the new season against Manchester United will come too soon for Rudiger, but based on his latest social media post it seems like he's on the right track.
The video shows the defender doing a range of physical exercises as well as taking part in some light ball-work.
It remains to be seen how long it will take Rudiger to get back up to speed, but the undertaking of ball-work is usually a good sign.
Rudiger could certainly have some stiff competition for places once he returns to full fitness.
Alongside Andreas Christensen and David Luiz, the Blues have welcomes Kurt Zouma back into the Chelsea ranks.
The Frenchman has been out on loan for the past two season with Stoke City and Everton, however it appears that he could be handed a career lifeline.
