Christian Pulisic has travelled with the Chelsea squad for their game against Manchester City on Saturday evening.
The winger did not feature for the United States during the international break due to a hip problem he sustained during the London club's win over Crystal Palace last weekend.
However, Frank Lampard looks set to be without Callum Hudson-Odoi after the 19-year-old was not spotted in Manchester by photographers.
Lampard said during a press conference this week that there were doubts over Hudson-Odoi's availability due to an injury he picked up on England duty.
"Callum Hudson-Odoi is probably the one who has a hamstring issue that he picked up in the England game he will struggle to be in contention for this game, but it's short term," Lampard said.
Antonio Rudiger, Ross Barkley, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Marcos Alonso were also unaccounted for.
