Chelsea's Fikayo Tomori emerges as a loan option for Newcastle United

Newcastle United are set to be offered Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori in the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old is in dire need of first-team football after failing to get a game for the Blues since September.

Tomori is a player Steve Bruce likes but must weigh up his two Premier League loan options carefully.

Newcastle are also in for Manchester United full-back Brandon Willliams but Tomori would also be an option in that area as he can play at right-back.

Tomori has previously spent loan stints at Hull City and Derby County.

As reported on Chronicle Live yesterday the Magpies are also set to be offered Hamza Choudbury from Leicester City.
