Chelsea provide five possible team news hints ahead of Leicester City FA Cup final

Chelsea have dropped some possible team news hints ahead of the FA Cup final.

The Blues are searching for their ninth FA Cup today when they meet Leicester City at Wembley Stadium in what is the first of two finals, ahead of the Champions League final with Manchester City at the end of this month.

Thomas Tuchel's men face a difficult test against the Foxes, who are two points ahead of Chelsea in the Premier League as things stand.

But they did receive two huge fitness boosts ahead of the game with N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic both cleared after respective injuries.

Kante missed the Arsenal defeat through pain management, while Kovacic has been out for the last nine games, but the former will start today, along with Kepa Arrizabalaga, as confirmed by Tuchel, and Kovacic is in contention to play.

And it seems we might have some indication of some of the other starters with Chelsea providing some possible team news hints ahead of the 5.15pm kick-off.

The Blues released their match poster on social media this morning and six players feature prominently.

Along with Kante, who we already know will start, Antonio Rudiger, Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Reece James and Christian Pulisic all feature prominently.

And given the form of all of those players, it's very plausible all six, including Kante, will start today's FA Cup final clash at Wembley Stadium.

Interestingly, the last time Chelsea went with a full-strength side, against Manchester City, all six of those players did indeed start, and given we already know Kepa will also start, Kurt Zouma, Cesar Azpilicueta, Mason Mount and either of Ben Chilwell or Marcos Alonso could make up the other four.

There is also an interesting call to be made over Kai Havertz, who was left on the bench for the Manchester City game and missed a big chance in the defeat to Arsenal.
