Chelsea held their nerve on the final day to beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 and qualify for the Champions League.
Levi Colwill scored early in the second-half with what proved to be the winner, before Enzo Maresca’s side remained solid at the back to keep the hosts at bay.
It means the Blues finish the second fourth in the table and go into the Conference League final on a high.

Marc Cucurella 6
Superb all season but average here as Aina repeatedly got in down the right. Kept ball alive in lead up to opening goal.

A little petulant in the first-half and lucky not to be booked before he was.
Enzo Fernandez 6
Tidy enough in his use of the ball without having quite the influence that has made him one of Chelsea’s stars during the second half of the season.

Superb cross deserved better than Neto’s poor finish. Contribution in the first half of the season remains the key to Chelsea’s success.
