Chelsea picked up a Premier League point on the road on Saturday evening against Manchester United.
The Blues held United to a goalless draw at Old Trafford, in what was a fairly drab draw in the north west. football.london Chelsea correspondent Oliver Harbord gave his player ratings below.
Edouard Mendy
One heart in mouth moment when his pass almost found its way into his own net. Made an excellent stop to deny Marcus Rashford though when the United striker broke through. Another good save to deny Juan Mata.
Had less to do in the second half, with United struggling to get a decent chance for much of the 45 minutes. However, he made another excellent save to deny Mason Greenwood. 8
Cesar Azpilicueta
Playing on the right of a back three and he looked like a man in form, holding his position well and not giving United many chances.
Had a tougher task when Rashford came over to the left, with Azpilicueta having to deal with his pace. However, he did that pretty well over the second half. 7
Thiago Silva
Very solid at the back in the first half and in the main kept hold of Rashford pretty well. The United striker only had the one break through to his name.
Showed his experience at times when one-on-one, even when not having the pace he stopped the attacks from progressing. Gives the defence so much confidence. 8
Kurt Zouma
Aerially excellent, both from corners and when the ball was put in his direction in open play. Could have been quicker on the ball, though, with possession from the back too slow.
Another player who was solid and pretty comfortable throughout the match. Strong in the tackle and his positioning was good. 7
Reece James
A really strong first half defensively, easily winning his battle with Daniel James. Got forward as well with a couple of decent crosses, but couldn't find his man.
Really good defensively as well in the second half, strong in the tackle. One stunning cross that should have been buried as well. An excellent display. 8
Jorginho
A real positive in the first half. His defensive work was excellent, with his positioning in particular being strong. One moment where he was caught out, leading to the Rashford chance.
There was no creativity from the midfield, with a lot of sideways and backwards passing. Jorginho controlled the game pretty well, without any real incision. 7

N'Golo Kante
Like Jorginho, his positioning was excellent and he really cut out the ball at times. However, in possession it was all just too slow to really cut them open.
It was much the same in the second half. With the Blues keeping United at bay but not providing the creativity in midfield to make anything happen. 7
Ben Chilwell
Like James, Chilwell didn't let United have anything to work with on his side and was very solid. Tried a few good runs down the left in the first half, but couldn't quite make an impact.
In the second half it was more about being solid once again. He tried to get forward, but there was an obvious focus for him to hold his position more. 7
Kai Havertz
Completely anonymous in the first half playing on the right. Didn't see much of the ball and provided little attacking threat throughout the 45 minutes.
Came more inside in the second half, trying to find the ball and tried to make more of an impact. But nothing really went for him at all. 4
Timo Werner
Tried constantly to get space and work an angle for himself, but he saw very little of the ball. Lack of creativity behind him made it tough to get a chance.
Had a chance in the second half blocked, but you could tell there was a frustration building with a lack of chances. An ineffective day for him. 4
Christian Pulisic
The brightest of the front three and had the best chances, cutting in off the left and shooting on goal. But it came about too infrequently.
Had very little to go on in the second half, as well. Often isolated when he made his runs and hounded out when he had the chance to attack. 6
Substitutes
Mason Mount (on for Havertz 71')
Too slow in possession, but pressed well to push United back. 5
Tammy Abraham (on for Werner 71')
Couldn't really hold the ball up and wasn't really in the game. 5
Hakim Ziyech (on for Pulisic 81')
Two very poor corners. 5
