Birthday boy Tammy Abraham was on target for Chelsea as they recorded a first Champions League win of the season over Lille.
Abraham, celebrating his 22nd birthday, opened the scoring on 22 minutes after beating the offside trap and slotting home from close range.
Victor Osimhen equalised for the hosts on the half hour mark with a towering header from a corner; his first ever goal in the competition.
But Frank Lampard's men battled back to win 2-1, with Willian scoring a spectacular volley to get Chelsea up and running in Europe.

Kepa 6 - Left with no chance for Osimhen goal but made a number of fine stops
Azpilicueta 7 - Skipper was reliable as ever after moving into back three again

Willian 7 - Scored with a stunning volley on his 300th appearance for the club
Abraham 8 MOTM - Birthday boy continued fine goalscoring form. Worked tirelessly.
Mount 6 - Faded as the game went on but still looked dangerous on the ball.
