Chelsea picture special: Pulisic, Batshuayi, Mount and Abraham train ahead of Burnley trip

Chelsea are on their way to Lancashire ahead of this evening's Premier League clash against Burnley.

Frank Lampard takes his side to Turf Moor on the back of a brilliant 1-0 win over Ajax in the Champions League and is looking to make it seven straight wins across all competitions.

Although, the Blues head coach is aware that achieving that feat won't be easy against Sean Dyche's well-drilled side.

"It's a really tough place to go," he said. "I respect them completely. In terms of you saying scary, I think they have a really strong way of playing.

"They are well drilled, efficient in our they get the ball into the box, with two strikers they give you big problems. They are fantastic the two strikers, the way they play together.

"It is a tough match, we respect every team and you have to respect the strengths of them.

"That is the job, we have had a tight turnaround, so it is a huge focus on recovery, getting the team fit and ready to go.

"It will be a physical battle and probably the most important part of the game to see what Burnley can do to us and what we can do to them, that’s hopefully where we are at, but I expect a tough match."

In terms of team news, Lampard has confirmed that Andreas Christensen, N'Golo Kante, Ross Barkley, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Antonio Rudiger will not feature because of injuries.

"Loftus-Cheek is well out, he is still well into his recovery. Rudiger won’t be able to make the weekend, getting closer and training outside with us," the Blues head coach said in his pre-match press conference.

"N’Golo won’t be ready. He is outside on his own, physical work to deal with a few issues. We need to get him right now because he has been in and out through the whole season as we know.

"Christensen is still out and Barkley is still out, not majorly out, but just out so hopefully fit for next week."

The Blues squad including the likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi, Reece James, Mason Mount, Jorginho, Christian Pulisic and Tammy Abraham were put through their paces at the club's training base in Cobham on Friday afternoon.
