Chelsea picture special: Kante, Pulisic, Christensen and Gilmour train ahead of Watford trip

Chelsea face Watford in the day's late kick-off in the Premier League.

Frank Lampard's side go into the game on the back of a 2-1 loss against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night - a result which ended their winning streak across all competitions.

Facing a side who are bottom of the table and without a league win so far this season would make the west London outfit big favourites to come away from Vicarage Road with all three points.

But the Blues head coach is warning his side against complacency.

"Without a doubt. I'm very much of that mindset," Lampard told reporters on Friday afternoon. "First I'll look at us and what we can do.

"Ever since we have been on the winning run, every game became more dangerous because of the idea of overconfidence. We work against that.

"We must be there and must understand that a team of the quality of Watford - how well they did last year, the personnel is much the same and they got big results and made the FA Cup final.

"We can't underestimate a team that will be hurting because they haven't won for a while and will have every ambition to try and win this game.

"I certainly think we need to be more focused on what we need to do."

In terms of team news, three players who won't feature this evening are Ross Barkley, Antonio Rudiger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek because of injury.

Although, Lampard has been handed a triple fitness boost as Barkley, N'Golo Kante and Andreas Christensen were all pictured in training.

The Blues squad including the likes of Billy Gilmour, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Mason Mount, Jorginho, Christian Pulisic and Tammy Abraham were put through their paces at the club's training base in Cobham on Friday afternoon.
