Yesterday was match day for Chelsea as Frank Lampard's men took on West Ham in the Premier League.

The Blues welcomed their London rivals to Stamford Bridge looking to bounce back from a defeat against Manchester City last weekend, which was Chelsea's first loss in the league since September.

But the Blues' good recent record against the Hammers [unbeaten at home against West Ham in their last 13 meetings in SW6] came to an end with a 1-0 loss thanks to Aaron Cresswell's second-half winner.
