Chelsea were back to winning ways at the weekend as they overcame Hull City in the FA Cup.
Their reward is a fifth round tie against either Shrewsbury Town or Liverpool, with a replay coming up between the two sides.
That tie is slated to take place in early March as for the first time ever fifth round ties have been switched to the midweek slot because of the Premier League's inaugural winter break.
Up next though is the big game at the King Power Stadium against Leicester.
But there will still be one eye on transfers. Deadline day is fast approaching and Chelsea are yet to make a signing despite links to the likes of Jadon Sancho, Ben Chilwell and Krzysztof Piatek.
But all signs are pointing towards it being an exciting final week of January for the Blues and head coach Frank Lampard.
With that said, here's all the news from around Stamford Bridge over the past 24 hours.
Dries Mertens pursuit
Chelsea are still looking for their first signing of the January transfer window and Dries Mertens could be that man.
Frank Lampard is keen on bringing in a forward to kill off matches like his side have been unable to do this season, and the 32-year-old could fit the bill.
The hard-working forward would be a useful addition to the Blues, adding his experience and goalscoring ability to the Blues.
Chelsea have made contact over a move, but there's no indication yet which way it will go.
Olivier Giroud to Tottenham

The French striker has been hoping to seal a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer after failing to earn a place in Frank Lampard's team.
And former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has been keen to bring Giroud to Inter Milan in the January transfer window - but the Serie A side have pulled out of the race to sign him.
Leaving the door open for Spurs to sign him. Chelsea's Premier League rivals are said to have prioritised a move for Giroud, with their other target Krzysztof Piatek set to sign for Hertha Berlin.
It's fair to say Chelsea fans aren't happy about the proposed move.
Moussa Dembele boost
Everything has gone quiet on the Moussa Dembele transfer front.
That is because the Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas poured cold water on any speculation and the player himself suggested he would remain in France at least until the end of this season.
But that may not be the case anymore.
The Ligue 1 club have agreed a deal that has given Chelsea a boost in their hopes of signing Dembele.
