Chelsea are facing a dilemma ahead of Saturday's Club World Cup final.

The Blues secured their chance to play for the only major trophy the club is yet to win with a 1-0 win over Al Hilal on Wednesday.

But ahead of Saturday's fixture the side is facing a selection dilemma following the return of its Africa Cup of Nations stars.

It comes after midfield star Jorginho has given some insight into how the squad is preparing for the Club World Cup final as he made a vow to opponents Palmeiras.

And Jose Mourinho's classy gesture to a former Blues star has emerged.

Here are Mirror Football's latest Chelsea headlines.

Have Your Say! What did you make of Chelsea's Club World Cup performance against Al Hilal? Tell us here.

Former Blues goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has shared a story of his ex-manager Jose Mourinho's classy gesture.

Speaking exclusively to Ladbrokes at its launch of the 5-A-Side Bet on Leicester v West Ham, Schwarzer has revealed how Mourinho thanked him for his part in Chelsea's 2015 League Cup final win, despite the fact he'd moved to Leicester City partway through the season.

Kepa Arrizabalaga stood between the sticks for the semi-final victory against Al Hilal, with Edouard Mendy absent following his Africa Cup of Nations heroics with Senegal.

But Mendy has now joined back up with his club teammates ahead of the final, leading to a selection dilemma for his bosses – especially considering Kepa's impressive performance in Wednesday's game.

Jorginho's Palmeiras vow

Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has vowed to "bring the trophy home" when the Blues face Palmeiras in the Club World Cup final on Saturday.

The Blues stand on the verge of history after booking their place in the final, with the tournament the only major competition the club has never won.

Originally born in Brazil, Jorginho knows how important playing in the Club World Cup will be for Saturday's opponents as he hinted they will want to prove they are better than European teams.

But the midfielder has offered some insight into how he and his teammates are preparing, and the mindset inside the Chelsea camp heading into the crunch game.
