Chelsea news: Cesar Azpilicueta's VAR plan, Frank Lampard's gripe so far, Jorginho and Kovacic

Chelsea were in Premier League action on Sunday as they extended their winning run in the league to five matches with a 2-1 victory over bottom of the league Watford at Vicarage Road.

Frank Lampard's men had a disappointing midweek result as they bowed out of the Carabao Cup at the hands of Manchester United, but the three Premier League points would have been a welcome reprive.

The Blues now turn their attention to Champions League action as they take on Ajax in the Champions League on Tuesday as they look to cement their place at the top of Group H.

As the players start their preparations for that match, take a look at the latest news doing the rounds from Stamford Bridge over the last 24 hours.

Jorginho's pass

What. A. Pass.

Jorginho's role in the opening goal against Watford did not go unnoticed among the pundits.

The missing man

N'Golo Kante missing this much football should have been a big problem for Chelsea this season.

Lampard's one gripe

But there's one thing that's still bugging Frank Lampard...
