It was a very busy Saturday for Chelsea and their supporters, with a lot of promising news.
The Blues are currently in Ireland for the start of their pre-season tour as Frank Lampard takes his first sessions as the new head coach.
Chelsea take on Bohemians FC on Wednesday and St Patrick's Athletic next weekend, but the training camp in Dublin will be key for Lampard to understand the squad that he has at his disposal.
But off the training pitch, it really wasn't a quiet day for the Blues the summer continues to roll on for those on the Chelsea board.
Alvaro Morata exit
Morata spent the previous six months on loan at Atletico Madrid and will be there on loan for the 2019/20 campaign as well.
But he won't be returning to Chelsea after that as it was announced that he will be signing for the La Liga side on a permanent basis, with the Blues set to get around £58million for him.
Chelsea fans were delighted with that as he wasn't the most popular around Stamford Bridge.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek deal
There was another decent announcement for Blues supporters as Ruben Loftus-Cheek's new deal was announced.
The 23-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a new five-year contract that is set to earn him around £150,000 per week... not a bad haul.
But more than that, he is going to play a crucial part of Chelsea's future and fans can't wait to see him back in action after his injury.
And Loftus-Cheek's comments about what he wants in the future will make Chelsea fans very happy. Read it here .
Reece James injury update
Reece James is another youngster expected to make some inroads in the Chelsea first team next season.
That is what made his ankle injury such bad timing for the 19-year-old and he is trying to fight his way back for the 2019/20 campaign.
And he gave Chelsea fans an update on his injury, which showed some running outside. Check it out here .
Ian Maatsen
The Blues are in Ireland for their training camp ahead of a busy summer and then taking on Manchester United in their first Premier League match.
