Chelsea are one of the top 50 most valuable sports teams in the world.
Roman Abramovich has been in charge at Stamford Bridge since 2003 and the club's value has risen considerably in that time.
And in Forbes magazine's list of the top 50 most valuable sports teams in the world, Chelsea are at number 32.
Chelsea are valued at $2.58billion - a 25% increase on their previous value in 2018.
That increased valuation, which has come as a result of the club's Europa League triumph, getting back into the Champions League and increased television revenue, has seen them rise to the most valuable club in London - above Arsenal, whom they beat in the Europa League final in Baku.
Chelsea's 2019 revenue is up $129million compared to 2018, with the club's operating income almost doubling from $67million to $127million
The Blues were at number 46 on the list in 2018, with their 25% increase leading to a move up 14 places. The magazine states that Chelsea have an operating income of $127million.

Their 25% increased valuation is the most significant of all the top 50 teams named in this year's list.
Chelsea are one of eight football teams on the list, which is led by NFL outfit the Dallas Cowboys, who command first place with a whopping $5bn valuation, according to the respected financial publication.
The New York Yankees baseball outfit come in second with Real Madrid third.
The other football clubs in the list are Barcelona (4th), Manchester United (6th), Bayern Munich (17th), Manchester City (25th), Arsenal (42nd), Liverpool (46th).
