Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic and left-back Marcos Alonso are doubts for the trip to Molineux.
Maurizio Sarri will make a decision on whether Kovacic (ankle) and Alonso (back) are worth risking after picking up minor injuries against Fulham on Sunday.
"Maybe during the match the back worsened," Sarri told reporters.
"This is possible, I don't know. I want to speak to him. He didn't play very well. I know very well this, but I think Alonso knows very well this. It can happen."
Meanwhile, Ethan Ampadu remains sidelined after picking up an injury on Wales duty earlier in November, and Victor Moses is out with a back problem.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who has scored five goals in his last six appearances, is pushing for a start after impressing off the bench against Fulham.
And Sarri has ruled out allowing the England man to leave on loan in January.
He said: “I want him to stay with me, to stay with us. So I think that there is no chance (of him leaving)."
