Chelsea star Pedro is out of today's Premier League clash at Crystal Palace after being substituted against Watford with a hamstring injury.
The Spain forward limped out of the 2-1 Boxing Day win at Vicarage Road, and could now be sidelined for two weeks.
Callum Hudson-Odoi came on as a sub for Pedro, but was himself replaced in the final five minutes following a flare-up of a recent hamstring problem.
Alvaro Morata is fully fit and will be pushing for a squad role, though Sarri is likely to persist with Hazard as a false nine rather than fielding Morata or Olivier Giroud.
In defence, Andreas Christensen remains out of action with a thigh injury.
Provisional squad: Kepa, Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Fabregas, Jorginho, Kante, Barkley, Hazard, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Giroud, Zappacosta, Willian, Cahill, Christensen, Azpilicueta, Morata, Luiz, Emerson Palmieri, Ampadu, Hudson-Odoi.
Chelsea predicted line-up (4-3-3): Kepa; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso; Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic; Hazard, Willian, Barkley
