Sergio Aguero has already set his wage demands ahead of a possible move to Chelsea, according to reports.
The 32-year-old is set to leave Manchester City ahead of the summer transfer window following a record-breaking decade with the Premier League champions-elect.
Speculation over his future has continued to mount on the back of that decision.
Indeed, several elite clubs from across Europe - including Chelsea and La Liga giants Barcelona - have been heavily linked with the Argentine, who has scored 181 goals in the Premier League alone for City.
Aguero, who didn't feature against the Blues in the FA Cup yesterday afternoon, due to injury, is thought to be one of a number of high-profile targets for Thomas Tuchel and key figures responsible for transfers at Stamford Bridge.
They have also been linked with Borussia Dortmund sensation Erling Haaland - another striker in high-demand right across Europe as attentions turn to the upcoming recruitment drive.
The 20-year-old has emerged as one of the hottest properties on the planet - having compiled a simply staggering goals record for the Bundesliga side - but Haaland will almost-certainly command a nine-figure fee.
By comparison, Aguero would 'only' cost potential suitors a weekly wage packet.
According to Italian publication, La Gazzetta dello Sport as cited by the Express, though, the Argentine wants to be paid around €12million (£10million) a year for his services, which comes in just short of £200,000 per week.
Amid ongoing links with Aguero, head coach Tuchel has naturally remained tight-lipped about the prospect.
Speaking most-recently about the City striker, who sat out this weekend's FA Cup semi-final Wembley showdown between the sides with a muscle problem, Tuchel said: "You can ask, but it's the same answer as Haaland.
"We have full respect for Manchester City and Sergio Aguero, who is a big player for them.
"There is no words needed for me about the achievements of this guy, he's a world-class player. But we have three competitions in which we are in with Manchester City - so I will not speak about their player."
