Frank Lampard was handed a blow to his pre-season plans with four Chelsea players testing positive for coronavirus last week.
The squad returned to training on Monday after a slightly extended break due to their involvement in both the FA Cup final and the Champions League round of 16 but were tested at Cobham last Friday.
The players have mild symptoms or are asymptomatic and will return to training once they have spent seven days in isolation.
During the break, players were permitted to go on holiday before starting preparations for what is bound to be another gruelling season.
Chelsea will be competing in the Champions League again during 2020/21 after finishing in fourth place in the Premier League.
They kick off the domestic campaign with a trip to Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on Monday 14 September.
The players in question will be available by then.
Chelsea also face Brighton in a friendly on Saturday, with Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech expected to debut.
Chelsea’s most recent signing Ben Chilwell will miss out because of a heel injury sustained at the end of last season.
The England left back signed a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday with Chelsea paying £50 million.
Lampard will add veteran Brazil centre back Thiago Silva, who is a free agent after leaving Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz in the coming days.
