Chelsea remain the bookmaker's favourite to land Philippe Coutinho in the upcoming transfer window this summer.
The Brazilian is being linked with a return to the Premier League after a fairly unsuccessful time with Barcelona, which has seen him spend this season on loan at Bayern Munich.
However, the 27-year-old could return to England and according to Betfair, it is now most likely he will join the Blues on a potential deal.
Although, the odds on the former Liverpool star joining Arsenal this summer have been slashed from 14/1 to 4/1.
While London rivals Spurs also believed to be the latest Premier League in the hunt for the playmaker and their odds have tumbled from 14/1 to 5/1.
‘‘They say it’s nice to be wanted, and Philippe Coutinho must certainly be feeling the love, as a horde of London-based clubs battle it out to secure his signature this summer,” Betfair spokesman Darren Hughes said.
“While Chelsea remain heavy favourites at 5/4, it is their North London rivals Arsenal who have been making the most noise in the last 24 hours, with punters sending their odds right down to just 4/1 from 14/1 the previous day.
“Another North London club in the shape of Spurs have also made their intentions known in the last 24 hours, with a potential loan move from Camp Nou floated by Daniel Levy. This has seen a further price crash from 14/1 to just 5/1.’’
