Tammy Abraham might have talked Chelsea and Frank Lampard into making move for Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho.
The England international is expected to have plenty of interest in him if and when the Bundesliga outfit decide to cash in on him.
There's even talk of Sancho being on the move in 2020, with the Blues right at the top of the queue as The Telegraph claim the club's hierarchy have allotted set aside a £150m transfer budget to make up for lost time in the summer window.
In addition, the report claims that Sancho is the top name on Lampard's wishlist and they are also looking at Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell - although that deal looks unlikely next month.
Of course, any movement in the winter window is heavily dependant on the club's two-transfer ban appeal being successful.
And seemingly at the top of Abraham's list is Sancho after praising the winger highly for assisting his first England goal in the 7-0 win over Montenegro on Thursday night.
"To be at Wembley together is just a dream come true for us," he said. "I remember playing with him in the park a couple years back.
"Every summer we’d have little competitions and now he’s just assisted me and I've scored my first England goal. It’s crazy to think about it.
"I know where he wants to put the cross. He's an assist man, he loves tallying his assists, so I just knew I had to beat my man and get infront of him."
The prospect of Sancho and Abraham linking up at club level certainly appeals to some Chelsea fans.
While the idea of learning under Lampard could tempt Sancho into a move to Stamford Bridge in the future.
"Ronaldinho was the main guy I used to watch on YouTube," he said.
"But I liked Frank Lampard quite a lot and Didier Drogba when they were playing for Chelsea.
"They were the three players I looked up to."
