Chelsea fans will love what Frank Lampard said to Mason Mount after Derby's win at Leeds United

Frank Lampard, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori etched themselves into Derby County's history tonight as they secured a place in the Championship play-off final.

The Rams beat Leeds United 4-2 at Elland Road to secure a 4-3 aggregate win and take themselves to Wembley where they will face Aston Villa for a place in the Premier League.

It was a special night for Mount who netted a crucial equalising goal in the second half, and of course Chelsea fans were delighted to see another loanee shining at the top level once again.

That fact that Lampard is his manager is only another plus for the Blues.

Of course, Mount was one of the stars of the game and afterwards he was interviewed by Sky Sports, along with match winner Jack Marriott.

Mount was just about to asked his first question in front of the Derby County fans, but that didn't stop Lampard from crashing the interview.

Lampard put his arms around the two players and said: "Love you two, come on! We're not done yet, we're not done yet."

Chelsea fans will certainly love the passion from the Rams boss, and now they will face John Terry and Tammy Abraham in the race for the top flight.
