It may have only been a couple of days since Frank Lampard's appointment, but the former midfielder is not wasting any time.
The 41-year-old was named as Chelsea head coach on Thursday morning before travelling to Dublin with his senior squad.
Lampard took charge of his first sessions on Friday and Saturday, and it seems that the former Derby boss has a particularly hands-on style when it comes to training.
In a video posted by the club, Lampard can be seen taking part in the 'rondo' training drill.
The exercise is often used as a warm-up and is based on players passing the ball around a circle while two defender try to intercept play.
Plenty of managers would choose to stand on the sidelines so that they can watch their players from a safe distance, but there's a lot to be said for getting in amongst the action.
After all, it isn't long since Lampard retired and he still appears to be in excellent physical shape.
It's always nice to see the gaffer getting involved with the squad, and plenty of Chelsea fans took to social media to share their joy at seeing the Blues' legend in the thick of it.
