Chelsea fans will be delighted about Rob Green's latest revelation about Callum Hudson-Odoi

Callum Hudson-Odoi has taken it to the next level in training in recent weeks at Cobham according to Rob Green who believes the 18-year-old will be something special at Chelsea.

Green, who is the club's third-choice keeper, is probably one of the men best placed to make such a statement on Hudson-Odoi having regularly seen him in both training and on matchday from a vantage point not many others in the team will be able to take.

The 39-year-old has also been around long enough to know a world-class talent when he sees one, having played for England next to players like Wayne Rooney, John Terry and Frank Lampard through his career.

Hudson-Odoi is the latest exciting talent to come off the Chelsea production line and is now getting regular starts in the Premier League during his breakout season.

He's started the last three games in a row in the league for Maurizio Sarri and despite not having a good game against Liverpool, the wonderkid has played extremely well over the course of the season.

And Green is suitably impressed by him in training, with Hudson-Odoi going from strength to strength during the week at Cobham.

Green told Chelsea's official website: "Other than myself? I think Callum in recent weeks has just taken another step. When I arrived within a couple of sessions I could see he was a talent.

"You can come across people who can do it in fits and starts across a season, but now he is producing it on a more consistent, daily basis in the last couple of weeks. He will be something special."

The four things Chelsea must do in the future to challenge Liverpool and Man City for the title
