Chelsea fans think they spotted Fabinho doing something disgusting to Eden Hazard

Chelsea had an afternoon to forget as their top four hopes were dealt a blow by a 2-0 defeat at Liverpool .

The Reds struck a quick-fire second half double to down Maurizio Sarri's side, with Eden Hazard missing a couple of chances to get them back into the game.

He went down and received treatment after a kick on the ankle just 10 minutes into the game - and eagle-eyed Chelsea fans think they spotted something disgusting done by Fabinho as he was on the deck.

Others insisted it was "nowhere near" the stricken Hazard as he underwent treatment from the physio and was fit to continue the game.

But the incident certainly got people on social media talking, with Fabinho going on to play a crucial role in a vital Liverpool win.
