But supporters are hopeful that he will stay in south-west London, and some even believe the club have suggested this will be the case on social media.
On Thursday Chelsea posted pictures of their brand new home kit for next season.
The shirt features an eye-catching patterned design, which is meant to illustrate the different parts of Stamford Bridge.

The new kit has been modelled by N'Golo Kane and Ethan Ampadu for the social media campaign, but the main player showing off the kit is Hazard.
Seeing this as an indication that Hazard will be at Chelsea next season, Blues fans have reacted positively to the idea.
