There appears to be a really good camaraderie between the Chelsea players at the moment.
The Blues sit third in the Premier League table after the first nine games of the season and have already qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League with two games to spare.
After a start to the season in which they were conceding goals with regularity, Chelsea have tightened up at the back while their flair attacking players have continued to impress.
Six new players arrived at Stamford Bridge for more than £200million, with three of those players attacking additions in the form of Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz.
With Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud already battling it out for forward spots having impressed last season, there could have been some players with a chip on their shoulders this season.
But that has not proved to be the case.
Seven players are battling it out for a maximum of five spots in the team, meaning at least two will be left to sit on the bench, or worse be left out of the squad.
But the spirit amongst the players has not diminished, as shown by the victory over Rennes in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Frank Lampard spoke about the relationship between Giroud and Abraham ahead of Sunday's game against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.
He said: "Oli and Tammy have a great relationship.
"Because of the lack of crowds, I can hear the substitutes behind me and Oli is constantly praising Tammy when he holds the ball up or does some good centre-forward play. That’s special."
And the Chelsea fans spotted Abraham running on to the pitch to hug Giroud at the final whistle after the Frenchman had scored the winner to guide the Blues into the last 16.
Not only that, but Jorginho could also be seen clenching his fists ahead of celebrating with his team-mates.
