Chelsea fans have made their feelings towards Eden Hazard clear ahead of the Premier League finale against Leicester.
The Belgian has been heavily touted for a summer move to Real Madrid, but fans hope that the show of love will convince the talisman to remain at Stamford Bridge for a bit longer.

The 28-year-old looks set for a move to Spain in the summer, after another impressive season at Stamford Bridge. During the 2018/19 season he is one of a few players that has reached double figures in both goals and assists in the league.
The Belgian's final appearance for Chelsea could come in the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku later this month.
