Chelsea fans noticed what Tammy Abraham did to the Wolves fans after scoring a hat-trick

Tammy Abraham scored a hat-trick for Chelsea as Frank Lampard's side beat Wolves 2-5 at Molineux.

The England striker made it seven goals for the season after previously netting back-to-back braces against Norwich and Sheffield United.

After returning from a successful loan spell at Aston Villa last season, many doubted whether the 21-year-old would be able to make the step up to Premier League football after failing to make an impact on loan Swansea several years ago in the top flight.

But Abraham has already proved his critics wrong with a blistering run of form, and the striker now sits atop the Premier League goal scoring charts after five games.

The forward's eventful afternoon continued as he was credited with an own-goal for Wolves' first goal, before being taken off with an injury to be replaced by Michy Batshuayi.

And as he left the pitch, Wolves fans were quick to remind him of his previous spell at midlands rivals Villa, but Abraham decided to snipe back by signalling with three fingers - a reminder of his hat-trick.

Understandably, Chelsea fans saw funny side and took to social media to voice their pleasure.
