Chelsea's 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid was a result to enjoy for many reasons.
One being that the Blues have a crucial lead heading into next month's round of 16 second leg tie at Stamford Bridge and the other being it was arguably Thomas Tuchel's best result since being appointed head coach.
But for defender Antonio Rudiger, the clean sheet will have meant more to him as it meant Luis Suarez did not get on the scoresheet.
The former Liverpool striker was up to his old tricks against Chelsea and there was an incident between himself and Rudiger that surprisingly went unpunished.
Replays showed Suarez had squeezed the inside of the Germany international's thigh.
Clearly not impressed with the striker's actions, Rudiger momentarily confronted Suarez before the pair were separated by the referee after exchanging a few words.
Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand delivered his verdict on what Suarez had done after the game.
"He's so, is cute the right word?" Ferdinand said on BT Sport. "The referee is never going to see that, he's looking at their faces, but the real damage is done down there somewhere.
"It's like, street."
With that said, Rudiger would ultimately have the last laugh over Suarez with his side emerging victorious thanks to Olivier Giroud's spectacular overhead kick in the second half.
Furthermore, Chelsea fans on Reddit noticed Rudiger somewhat mocking the Uruguayan following their clash.
The_Mayfair_Man said: "He's referencing Suarez's biting escapades."
Konrad05 said: "He's making fun of Suarez's teeth."
espalex98Gianfranco Zola said: "That's the gesture that Suarez did after he bit Chiellini, one of his many bite victims (along with Chelsea’s Ivanovic).
"Suarez did it to pretend to the ref that he was the victim."
