Chelsea fans love what Thiago Silva's son told Erling Haaland on Instagram amid transfer links

Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland has been linked with an overabundance of teams so far in this summer transfer window, with many clubs chasing the elite 21-year-old - that includes Chelsea.

With a transfer deal looking uncertain for the Norwegian, with Dortmund keen to hold onto one of their star man, Chelsea will be doing everything they can to secure his signature.

And while Marina Granovskaia and co. will be working hard behind the scenes, one youngster with a Chelsea connection has made a public plea to Haaland.

And it has come from none other than the son of Blues defender Thiago Silva, Iago Silva, in an Instagram message.

Four days ago, Haaland uploaded a photo of himself onto his Instagram account posing in a very serious and determined manner in his Borussia Dortmund kit.

He captioned the photo "D E T E R M I N E D" and while the comments were flooded with many Chelsea fans around the world encouraging the striker to join the Blues, Thiago Silva’s son's comment caught many people's eyes.

Iago Silva commented: "Come to Chelsea pls."

Many fans spotted the comment and loved what they saw from the Brazilian defender's son, as he seems very keen for this move to go through.

The 21-year-old scored an impressive 41 goals in 41 games for Dortmund last season, so it is evident exactly why Silva’s son is so keen for the striker to join the Champions of Europe for the new season.

Thomas Tuchel is keen to bring a striker to Stamford Bridge this summer and it is his number one priority. There have been rumours that the Blues may even stump up £150million for the Norwegian as they believe he would fit in perfectly at Chelsea.

With more transfer speculation rumours circulating that Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City and Manchester United are all interested in the 21-year-old, Chelsea under pressure to find a high goal-scoring striker and the season fast approaching, the Blues will be keen to push this deal through but patience will be key in the fight for the striker to sign their contract.
