It was certainly an afternoon to remember for Chelsea fans on the south coast as the Blues ran out 4-1 winners against Southampton at St Mary's.
The travelling supporters were in fine voice throughout at St Mary's as Frank Lampard's men romped to victory against the Saints, with goals from Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, N'Golo Kante and substitute Michy Batshuayi helping the Blues to an emphatic win on the south coast.
There were many fine performances from the men in blue as Lampard's side moved up to fifth place in the Premier League with their fourth win of the season in the top flight.
But while the Chelsea fans at St Mary's were full of praise for their players - and sang the name of Frank Lampard on more than one occasion - there was another man on the Blues' bench who enjoyed the adulation of the travelling supporters towards the end of the game.
That man was assistant manager Jody Morris, who had fans singing his name in the closing stages at St Mary's, with Chelsea supporters chanting 'One Jody Morris, there's only one Jody Morris'.
The assistant manager responded with a clap in the direction of the Chelsea supporters, who cheered even louder at his response.
Morris has been a key man for Lampard, both at Derby County and now back at Chelsea, with the former youth coach helping the Blues' legend make an impressive start to life in the dugout at Stamford Bridge.
And Chelsea fans were not just praising him inside the ground, with some supporters taking to social media to hail the Blues assistant.
