Chelsea fans go wild as Thomas Tuchel grants their wish for Champions League clash vs Porto

Chelsea supporters have been reacting to Thomas Tuchel's team selection for their Champions League quarter-final second-leg against Porto.

The Blues have a two-goal advantage after winning 2-0 in the away leg, thanks to Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell goals last week.

This puts Tuchel and his men in a commanding position going into this evening's clash at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium.

They know that barring a shock comeback from the Portuguese outfit, then they will be in the final four of the competition.

Tuchel has picked his team for the second leg and the big talking point among Chelsea fans is that the German coach has picked the same front trio of Christian Pulisic, Kai Havertz and Mount that starred in the Blues' win over Crystal Palace at the weekend.

Havertz scored and assisted, with Pulisic grabbing two at Selhurst Park - meaning they have another chance to shine this evening.

Chelsea fans were desperate to see the front trio get another chance this evening and Tuchel has obliged.

Blues supporters have taken to Twitter to react to the latest team news.

Chelsea's starting XI to face Porto this evening: Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Ben Chilwell; Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic.

Kante returns to the side, with Mateo Kovacic missing out as expected, in a very strong line-up from Tuchel as he looks to get the job done in Seville.

If the Blues can progress in this evening's clash, then they'll face the winner of Liverpool and Real Madrid - who lock horns at Anfield tomorrow night.

The Reds were beaten 3-1 by Los Blancos in the first-leg in the Spanish capital, with the 13-time Champions League winners showcasing their class and experience at their temporary ground: the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano.
