Chelsea once again face the reality of being without Christian Pulisic, with fans appearing to spot the real reason the winger was substituted on Saturday.
Pulisic was substituted at half-time for Mason Mount during the Blues' shock 5-2 defeat to Premier League strugglers West Brom on Saturday lunchtime.
The substitution was a little surprising given Pulisic had put Chelsea ahead in the game, even if Thomas Tuchel's men found themselves trailing by the time half-time came around.
But Pulisic's exit makes a lot more sense now that footage has emerged on Twitter showing the American picking up what appears to be a hamstring injury ahead of the second half.
Pulisic has had rotten luck with injuries so far this season, already missing 14 games across all competitions through four separate problems.
And so it will have been a crushing blow for the 22-year-old when he was forced off ahead of the second half, and after he had returned from the tunnel.
Ahead of the second half kick-off, Chelsea players do a sprint between cones to regain sharpness, and after attempting to sprint, footage on social media - shown by NBCSN - appears to show Pulisic pull up and hobble over to the bench where he told his head coach he had sustained an injury, or at least that he felt a tweak in one of his muscles.
That has Chelsea fans concerned following the defeat.
Here's what some have had to say on Twitter.
@AdamKiingCFC - "It just gets worse."
@Haakonrt8 - "Nah man injuries are actually ruining him."
@PitSteelers420 - "Damn man.... this is not good for us.."
@Swatson1906 - "Hamstring injury again he was just finding form as well."
@LForeverBlue - "Bruh now he's getting injured for simply jogging..."
@SaraJBZ - "Not again Pulisic."
@ftbLlew - "this guy man..."
@Antoncreciente - "Lord....man isn’t built right"
