Ethan Ampadu made his latest appearance for Sheffield United in their 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Leicester City.
The on-loan Chelsea ace was named in the first Blades starting XI since parting with manager Chris Wilder in their Premier League clash with the Foxes on Sunday afternoon and managed to play the full 90 minutes.
As is the case every season, Ampadu is one of several Blues players - including the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Malang Sarr, and Ross Barkley - spending the 2020/21 campaign out on loan.
And the Welshman could have done his parent club a massive favour in the race for Champions League football by helping to take points off Leicester.
However, he couldn't and to make matters worse, one of City's five goals has gone down as an Ampadu own-goal.
In truth, the 20-year-old may feel he could have done better with his attempted clearance after Jamie Vardy put the ball in a dangerous area.
With that said, his own goal and overall performance at the King Power Stadium has garnered a big reaction from Chelsea fans on Reddit.
Havertz said: Ampadu looking like a schoolboy out here."
juicecbl said: "Being in a team that's bottom of the table probably doesn't help I hope he does better on his next loan."
DrCrazyFishMan1 said: "The thing is, good players in bad team still look like good players."
ParryMeAgain said: "I mean Conor plays for West Brom, Ruben for Fulham and they have looked way better than Ampadu."
Next up for the Blades is an FA Cup quarter-final tie against the Blues at Stamford Bridge this weekend.
However, Ampadu won't be able to feature.
This is because the Wales international was ineligible to face the Blues in the Premier League this season and it is the same situation in the FA Cup for the young defender, who has played in all of United's games in the competition so far.
