Ben Chilwell returned to the Chelsea starting XI for the 0-0 draw against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
However, not all Blues supporters were happy with last summer's big-money signing following events at the final whistle at Stamford Bridge as the hosts dropped costly points in the Premier League.
Chilwell has fallen down the pecking order since the appointment of Thomas Tuchel as the new Chelsea head coach has shown his preference to start Marcos Alonso in the left-wing back position.
Having nullified Mason Greenwood and kept Marcus Rashford, when he switched wings, largely quiet the England international will have done his chances of becoming a permanent fixture under Tuchel no harm.
Although, he may have to win over some fans.
With West Ham United as well as Leicester City both losing at the weekend, the Blues had the chance to not only move into the top-four but also move to within three points of second-placed United.
Therefore, taking one point from the game and failing to capitalise on their top-four rivals dropping points has left some fans rather frustrated.
But it's safe to say what Chilwell did at the full-time whistle did nothing to improve the mood.
The defender was spotted smiling with Luke Shaw after the game, which prompted an angry response from some on social media.

@CFCEddy said: "The mentality is so poor. Laughing after a 0-0 with a big rival whilst your playing catch up with West Ham for 4th. Pathetic, do they really care?
