Chelsea fan and Playboy model who is 'sex symbol of Russia' makes cheeky dig at Romelu Lukaku

A Playboy model dubbed the 'sex symbol of Russia' has aimed a cheeky dig at under-fire Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku.

Blues fan Maria Liman has been a regular at Stamford Bridge in recent weeks and is not impressed with what she's seen from the club's record signing, reports The Daily Star.

Lukaku rejoined Chelsea from Inter Milan to great fanfare in August for a fee of £97.5million but has failed to reproduce the same form that made him such a hit in Serie A.

The Belgian has only scored five goals in 16 Premier League appearances since his return and recently caused outrage among fans for an ill-judged interview where he said he was "not happy" with his situation at Stamford Bridge.

Lukaku subsequently apologised for that interview with Italian media, but Russian sweetheart Liman seemingly still hasn't forgiven the 28-year-old for his outburst.

The Fashion TV star, Playboy's Playmate of the Year in Ukraine seven years ago, was in attendance for Chelsea's 2-0 win over Spurs on Sunday but was not impressed at seeing Lukaku's name on the team-sheet.

"Honestly, I went to the stadium and hoped that Lukaku would not play today," Liman admitted on Instagram.

Plenty of Chelsea fans were probably left feeling the same way as the Belgian failed to find the back of the net once again against Spurs.

But Thomas Tuchel's blushes were spared by Hakim Ziyech and Thiago Silva, who both scored to give the Blues a 2-0 win which helped close the gap on Manchester City at the top of the table.

Liman, who donned a cute blue blouse with jeans a bobble hat for the occasion, reassessed her opinion of Lukaku based on his full time performance.

"But after looking at his game, I realised that he just wanted to go back to Milan go shopping for discounts. He still loves us," she said.

"Today was a very cool game," added Liman, who clearly loves the Blues. "Thank you, Chelsea, for an unforgettable evening."
