Chelsea forward Fran Kirby and manager Emma Hayes were honoured for their contribution to the Blues' record 33-game unbeaten streak in the Barclays FA Women's Super League.
Kirby was named as the Barclays WSL Player of the Month after beginning 2021 by scoring four against former club Reading.
The following weekend, Chelsea took on then-league leaders Manchester United, with Kirby instrumental throughout, creating multiple chances and then notching the winner after latching on to a long ball from goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger and chipping over Mary Earps and into the net.
Boss Emma Hayes also led her team to a 4-0 victory away at Aston Villa and another 4-0 at home against Tottenham.
Chelsea currently sit five points clear of second-placed Manchester City.
The Barclays FA Women’s Super League Player and Manager of the Month are chosen each month by the Barclays Panel and a public vote on the FA website.
The panel consists of over 30 individuals, including ex-professional players and managers, sports broadcasters, former referees, sports journalists and members of the FA and the Premier League.
