Chelsea drop early team news hint vs Everton with Graham Potter handed late midfield dilemma

Chelsea have dropped a hint at who may be involved in their match against Everton on Saturday. The Blues take on Sean Dyche's relegation threatened side at Stamford Bridge looking to make it four wins in a row.

With last week proving to be a turning point for Graham Potter, who made progress towards forming a relationship with Chelsea fans, there is now the chance to enter the international break with a positive feeling. Just two weeks ago that would have seemed impossible.

Although the table still isn't pretty, the improved performances - albeit against teams in danger - and a Champions League run have covered up for some of the displays over the winter. Returning players and the sight of new signings starting gel have meant that there is cautious optimism at SW6.

That will count for very little if they were to fail to defeat a stubborn Everton side that have taken a step in the right direction since sacking Chelsea legend Frank Lampard in January. Dyche has helped his men to three wins and draw from his seven games in charge, moving them up to 15th in the table but still just three points off the bottom.

They will be up against it to stop an in-form Chelsea too with Kai Havertz, Enzo Fernandez and Wesley Fofana all impressing in recent weeks as well as the return of Ben Chilwell to the side. Another boost for Potter is the availability of N'Golo Kante. The Frenchman hasn't played since August with injury but is fit enough to be in the squad, the head coach confirmed.

Elsewhere the club have dropped a small clue as to who will be taking to the field on Saturday evening, posting an image with four players on. Alongside stand-in captain Mateo Kovacic is Kalidou Koulibaly, Ben Chilwell and Kepa Arrizabalga are all depicted in the pre-match graphic.

That group all featured from the start against Leicester last week and are all fit to play at SW6 too with Chilwell and Kovacic both on the scoresheet. Elsewhere Mason Mount is still out with injury and won't be available.
