Chelsea could be without seven players for Premier League clash with Everton

Chelsea could be without seven players for their Premier League clash with Everton at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.

Graham Potter's side won last time out, away to Leicester City, but still remain in 10th in the league as 15th-placed Everton come to London hoping to boost their bid for survival.

A shock win for Sean Dyche's side in their fixture against the big spenders could see them rise to 12th in the table heading into the international break.

Definitely out of action for Chelsea are Armando Broja and Thiago Silva as both recover from knee injuries. Potter then has doubts surrounding several players.

N'Golo Kante is back in training but he hasn't featured for Chelsea since picking up a serious hamstring injury in August. Potter has since admitted the Frenchman could be on the bench against Everton.

Midfielder Mason Mount has missed the previous two matches with an abdomen injury while striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has had a problem with his back.

Raheem Sterling missed the win over Leicester at the weekend and he has since not been included in the England squad due to fitness concerns, while goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is back in training.

Skipper Cesar Azpilicueta needs to be cleared of concussion protocol after being stretchered off almost a month ago. Reece James is expected to be fit after missing the Leicester victory through illness.
