Leicester issue apology ahead of Stamford Bridge trip
Leicester City have issued an apology to Chelsea after defender Daniel Amartey was filmed throwing the pennant the Blues had given to them ahead of Saturday's FA Cup final at Wembley to the floor.
Leicester defeated the Blues 1-0 thanks to Youri Tielemans' thunderous second half strike to ensure they won the trophy for the very first time in their history.
However, while the Foxes' players were well within their right to celebrate their historic win, Amartey crossed the line when it came to showing an act of respect, as he was filmed slinging the pennant over his shoulder and to the floor of the Leicester dressing room.
However, ahead of tonight's crunch Premier League encounter between the two clubs at Stamford Bridge, Leicester have reportedly issued apologised for Amartey's actions.

Blues could receive useful transfer windfall
Left-backs Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri have decided that they both want to leave Stamford Bridge this summer in the hunt of more regular first-team football, a report claims.
Despite head coach Thomas Tuchel having a willingness to frequently rotate his pack and hand out opportunities to almost every member of his squad, the duo are eager to be guaranteed more opportunities to play regularly elsewhere.
Emerson, despite scoring in the Blues' UEFA Champions League quarter-final triumph against Atletico Madrid back in March, has barely had a look in under Tuchel, while Alonso has frequently been rotated with Ben Chilwell in the battle for the left wing-back role.
Nevertheless, the pair want to leave the club, meaning if they were to be sold this summer it could bring in £25.2million in transfer fees for the Blues to use on any potential new incomings.

Blues eye Kane swoop
Chelsea are ready to join Manchester duo - City and United - in the race to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane this summer, a report by the Independent claims.
football.london understands that Kane is growing frustrated with what is currently happening at the north London club and is keen to win some silverware, although, contrary to reports in the national media, he has not informed Spurs of his desire to leave.
Nevertheless, Chelsea are prepared to test Spurs owner Daniel Levy's resolve by trying to launch a move for the England star this summer.
Tuchel is desperate to add a striker to his squad and Kane could be the ideal goalscoring forward that he richly craves.
However, a deal for the England captain will not come cheaply, as Spurs are likely to demand well over £100million to part with their star asset.
