Crystal Palace midfielder Conor Gallagher is now one of the most valuable Under-23 players in his position across Europe's top five leagues.
The 21-year-old, who joined the Eagles over the summer on loan from Chelsea, is Palace's joint-top goalscorer this season with four Premier League goals, with his good form earning him his first senior England call-up in November.
Gallagher also won the Crystal Palace player of the month award for both August and September, with his two goals against West Ham at the London Stadium and a starring role in the 3-0 win over Spurs getting him off to a perfect start in an Eagles shirt.
Now, according to the latest report from the CIES Football Observatory, Gallagher is one of Europe's most valuable midfielders under the age of 23.
His top-estimated transfer value is currently just above £25.5million, with West Ham's Declan Rice sitting a few places higher on the list with a top value of above £59.5million.
Former Birmingham City turned Borussia Dortmund and England star Jude Bellingham tops the list for defensive midfielders, with his transfer estimation of £102million putting him well clear of joint second-placed Curtis Jones of Liverpool (£59.5m).
Gallagher is the fifth player currently on Chelsea's books to appear in the CIES report, with Trevoh Chalobah (£34m), Reece James (£85m), Kai Havertz (£85m) and Mason Mount (£76.5m) also included.
Arsenal have Bukayo Saka (£85m) and Emile Smith-Rowe (£76.5m) included on the list, while Spurs' sole representative is summer signing Emerson Royal (£25.5m).
